L’SWITCH HAIR 

UK SHIPPING INFORMATION:

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Postal Services.

Free UK shipping on all L’Switch hair.

Orders before 3.00pm GMT will be dispatched the same day for delivery.

Any next day orders completed by 12.00pm GMT on Friday (unless Saturday guaranteed) will be delivered on Monday, if not Tuesday at the latest.

Any next day orders completed after 10am GMT Saturday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Saturday delivery is for delivery on the first Saturday after the order is placed. If the order is placed during the week then it will be held and dispatched in time to be delivered on the nominated Saturday.

We do not deliver on public or bank holidays. Orders placed over a bank holiday will be dispatched the next working day following the bank holiday, to be received by the customer within the appropriate delivery timescale.

A signature will be required for Signed-For deliveries upon receipt of the goods. If there is no one available to accept the parcel then a calling card will be left where you can arrange re-delivery or to collect from the depot.

There are some postcode exceptions to where we cannot offer express deliveries. Please contact Customer are via email: info@l-switch.com to check.

Please do not refuse any delivery. Refused deliveries will incur the cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total shipping and return costs in the case of refused deliveries.

For your security, first-time orders can only be shipped to the cardholder's billing address or a corporate work address that can be verified. Customers may also be subjected to standard fraud prevention checks.

OVERSEAS SHIPPING INFORMATION

All overseas orders are shipped via DHL and Royal Mail Postal Services. The shipping service depends on the location and not all parcels are trackable. Please contact Customer Care via email:  info@l-switch.com to check with us prior to ordering.

Shipping overseas via DHL is estimated to take 7 days 7 days with Royal Mail (in rare occasions 30 days).

Express shipping options are available. However, there will be an additional fee to pay.

Whilst we endeavour to deliver within the stated time, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance of the destination country.

Shipping outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

We offer exchanges and refunds on all L’Switch orders unless otherwise stated. Please note, we follow strict guidelines due to the nature of the purchase being hair. Please make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your L’Switch hair before actively cutting from the packaging. Once removed, we will presume that the L’Switch hair has been worn and that the goods have been accepted under the 'Sale Of Goods Act 1979.' Please also note that we analyse each return, and have the right to reject any return that does not meet our Terms and Conditions.

 

HOW TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN

Firstly, assess the colour and quality of your L’Switch hair. If satisfied, remove the L’Switch hair from the packaging. If unsatisfied, reseal the sticker window on the packaging.

Please contact Customer Care via email: info@l-switch.com stating your full name/order reference (found in your Order Confirmation and invoice, received by email) and include the reason for return, complete with pictures/videos (if necessary).

Please follow the return instructions within the invoice of your Order Confirmation and mail it back to us within 7 working days of receipt.

If you have mislaid the email then please contact Customer Care via email: info@l-switch.com whom will happily assist.

Package up the return item carefully and return to the address found in your online invoice received within your Order Confirmation.
As the returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us, for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a tracked or signed service that insures you for the value of goods.

Overseas customers must mark on the outside of the returning parcel as 'Returned Goods' and declare the value of the parcel to be low in value.


Please remember to indicate if you would like a refund, exchange or credit note. If you would like an exchange, then please remember to identify what item you would like in exchange.

EXCHANGES


All L-Switch hair items must be returned to us before a replacement can be issued. 

We do not cover your shipping costs back to us unless you have received an incorrect or faulty item.

We are happy to accept an exchange so long as the L-Switch hair and packaging is returned in the same condition as received.

Returns which have been worn or damaged will not be accepted for an exchange.

Please follow the return instructions within the invoice of your Order Confirmation and mail it back to us within 7 working days of receipt.

Late returns that fall outside of our timescales may not be eligible for an exchange.

Exchanges will incur a shipping fee depending on the destination or unless you have received an incorrect or faulty item.

If the replacement item is less expensive than the original, the difference will be refunded to you via your original payment method.

If the replacement item is more expensive than the original, you will be required to pay the difference. This can be paid via your original payment method.

In general, exchanges take 1-2 working days to process plus the shipping time to your area.

 

REFUNDS

All items must be returned to us before a refund can be issued. 

We do not cover your shipping costs back to us unless you have received an incorrect or faulty item.

We are happy to accept a refund so long as the L’Switch Hair packaging are in the same condition as received.

Returns which have been worn or damaged will not be eligible for a refund.

Please follow the return instructions within the invoice of your Order Confirmation and mail it back to us within 7 working days of receipt.

Late returns that fall outside of our timescales may not be eligible for a refund.

Payment will be credited back to the original purchaser’s method of payment.

Refunds are processed within 1-2 working days of receiving the item. Card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete (depending on their processing time). This can vary greatly between card issuers and unfortunately we are unable to influence this. PayPal refunds are processed within the same working day.

Credit refunds will be available within 1-2 day working days and come in the form of a code. 

Free shipping: Items advertised as ‘Free Shipping’ that are returned for a refund will be charged a shipping fee. For the UK it is £4.50 per order. 

 

FAULTY L’SWITCH HAIR

All L’Switch hair is thoroughly analysed and photographed prior to dispatch. Refunds or replacements will be given to faulty items that are unfixable. Please note that we do not class a damaged or loose clip as a fault; each item will arrive with a spare clip.

If your L’Switch hair happens to be faulty then please contact Customer Care via email: info@l-switch.com providing your full name/order reference (found in your Order Confirmation and invoice, received by email) with video/photographic evidence of the fault. You have up to 7 working days of receipt to notify Customer Care.

 

CANCELLED ORDERS

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel the Contract between us for a full refund. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons or have been unsealed. The return must comply with our returns policy stated under 'Shipping and Returns' and 'Terms and Conditions'.

Order cancellations must be made in writing to Customer Care: info@l-switch.com. Stating your full name/order reference (found in your Order Confirmation and invoice, received by email). You have up until the time your order is processed or within 7 working days of the day after you received the goods to notify us.

 

LATE RETURNS

Your items must be returned to us within 7 working days of receipt and received no later than 14 days (UK customers) and 28 days (overseas customers) of receipt. Late returns that fall outside of our timescales may not be accepted and a cost may incur to have your order returned to you.

 

SALE ITEMS

Sale items can be returned for an exchange or refund.

Free Royal Mail Standard UK Delivery over £30.

Royal Mail Standard UK Delivery from: £3.99 (Under £30).

Delivery aim 2-3 working days within England, Scotland and Wales.

Each purchase is insured during the time it is in transit, and until the moment that it is delivered to you. Upon delivery, a signature will be required (Signed-For shipping services). if you are not the receiver of your purchase then the person who signs for the parcel confirms receipt and is accountable for the parcel.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. We are not responsible for parcels that do not arrive because an incorrect shipping address was provided.

To minimise delays we recommend using your work address as your delivery address.

Shipping time begins when an order is received and occasionally includes a 24 hour process period where your items will then be dispatched.

We work closely with our shipping partner to minimise the potential impact of custom delays with our international customers.

If your parcel is rejected from customs then we are not responsible for the return and you will not be refunded for the shipping costs occurred.

Occasionally, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer prior to your order being dispatched. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.

 

If you happen to miss the delivery of your parcel and do not claim your parcel within a suitable delivery time frame, then your parcel will be returned to the sender (us) and you will not be refunded the shipping fee.

We do not qualify a parcel lost in transit with Royal Mail Postal Services until 10 working days have expired within the UK and 25 working days have expired overseas. For DHL Postal Services, if your parcel is not delivered on the expected date or within 7 days from the collection date then this also qualifies as a lost parcel. In this case, please contact Customer Care via email: info@l-switch.com and state your full name/order reference (found in your Order Confirmation and invoice, received by email). An investigation will have to be conducted before a replacement or refund can be administered.

If you do not receive your parcel within the recommended time frame then please check the following prior to contacting us:

See if someone else has accepted delivery.

Look for a calling card received from the carrier.

Contact your local depot.

Your parcel was shipped to an undeliverable address or was unclaimed and therefore the courier may have returned your parcel back to us.

Please note: When the courier returns an undeliverable or unclaimed parcel to us, Customer Care will contact you and an additional fee will be required before it is re-shipped.
